We made Bulb OFF after pressing Push_Button again. Step 9) After disabling Push_Button Toggle Bit to False, Push_Buttonbecomes OFF as shown in below figure. Do this step to disable Push_Button (I:1/0) Toggle Bit to False. To release it, do right click on I:1/0 & disable Toggle Bit as shown in below figure. Step 8) This is a momentary Push_Button (means we have to release it after pressing). After Enabling Push_Button (I:1/0) Toggle Bit to True, Bulb (O:2/0) becomes OFF. As we have written in EQU instruction if Source A (counter C5:0 accumulator) 2 & Source B is 2 then it will give output as 1. Push_Button becomes True & Up counter C5:0 counts to 2. Step 7) After enabling Push_Button Toggle Bit to True, Bulb become OFF as shown in below figure. You can see Push_Button (I:1/0) is OFF & Bulb (O:2/0) is ON i.e. Enable Push_Button (I:1/0) Toggle Bit as shown in above image. For enabling toggle bit, right click on I:1/0 as shown in below figure. Step 6) Follow the step 2) for enabling Push_Button Toggle Bit to True. After disabling Push_Button (I:1/0) Toggle Bit to False, Push_Button (I:1/0) is in OFF condition whereas Bulb (O:2/0) remains ON shown in green means it is in on condition. Upto this step, we made Bulb ON after pressing Push_Button. Step 5) After disabling Push_Button Toggle Bit to False, Push_Buttonbecomes OFF as shown in below figure. Step 4) This is a momentary Push_Button (means we have to release it after pressing). Both Push_Button (I:1/0) & Bulb (O:2/0) in green means it is in on condition. After Enabling Push_Button (I:1/0) Toggle Bit to True, Bulb (O:2/0) becomes ON. As we have written in EQU instruction if Source A (counter C5:0 accumulator) 1 & Source B is 1 then it will give output as 1. Push_Button becomes True & Up counter C5:0 counts to 1.

Step 3) After enabling Push_Button Toggle Bit to True, Bulb become ON as shown in below figure. You can see Both Push_Button (I:1/0) & Bulb (O:2/0) is not green means it is in off condition. Step 2) We can pressed Push_Button using Toggle Bit function. Step 6) to Step 9):- For making Bulb OFF.Įqual instruction Bulb (O:2/0) is in OFF condition because Push_Button (I:1/0) is not pressed. Note: Step 2) to Step 5):- For making Bulb ON.
SIEMENS STEP 7 LADDER CHANGE NOC TO NCC HOW TO
I assumed that you know basic ladder instructions (NO,NC etc.) & how to write ladder logic. I will show you how to program Single Push Button to ON/OFF an single output (here it is a Bulb) with simulation using Counter instruction.
